It's that time of the year once again!
We are excited to invite you to the 2026 WIRED Annual General Meeting!
This is an opportunity for you to contribute your ideas and feedback to shape YOUR future of WIRED. You will also be given the chance to join the 2027 WIRED Committee!
The business of the meeting will be to receive and consider the President’s and Treasurer’s reports & updates on the club’s current activities, conduct elections for vacant positions on the committee & board, and provide a forum for members to give suggestions on Club activities and events.

# Election Information #
In order to vote at this general meeting, you must:
• Be an ordinary WIRED member for at least 7 days prior to the meeting date
• Be enrolled as a Clayton student
• Have not had your membership rights suspended
• Be 17 years or older
In order to nominate at this general meeting you must:
• Be an ordinary WIRED member for at least 7 days prior to the meeting date
• Be enrolled as a Clayton student
• Be undertaking at least one unit of study at a Victorian campus of the University
• Have not had your membership rights suspended
• Be 18 years or older on the date you would take office
• Have a seconder if you are running for a position (or ask for one from the floor)

Returning Officer
The returning officer who will oversee the election aspect of the meeting is Jonathan Gunawan (WIRED Secretary) and can be contacted via secretary@wired.org.au.
Proxies
Open Proxy Form
Proxy appointments may be submitted via the above form or from your student email at least 24 hours before the meeting commences. Each ordinary member may hold no more than 2 proxies.
