It's that time of the year again!
We are excited to invite you to the 2026 WIRED Special General Meeting, an opportunity for you to contribute your ideas and feedback to shape the future of WIRED, and your chance to join the 2026 WIRED Committee!
📋 Meeting Business
The meeting will cover the following:
- Receive and consider the President’s and Treasurer’s reports
- Updates on the club’s current activities
- Conduct elections for vacant positions on the committee & board
- Provide a forum for members to give suggestions on Club activities and events

📍 Location: Room E7, Building 72
🗓 Date: Tuesday, 12 May 2026
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM
🗳 Voting & Nominations
To vote at this meeting you must:
- Be an ordinary WIRED member for at least 7 days prior to the meeting date
- Be enrolled as a Clayton student
- Have not had your membership rights suspended
- Be 17 years or older
To nominate at this meeting you must:
- Be an ordinary WIRED member for at least 7 days prior to the meeting date
- Be enrolled as a Clayton student
- Be undertaking at least one unit of study at a Victorian campus of the University
- Have not had your membership rights suspended
- Be 18 years or older on the date you would take office
- Have a seconder if you are running for a position (or ask for one from the floor)

Proxy appointments may be submitted via the form below or from your student email at least 24 hours before the meeting commences. Each ordinary member may hold no more than 2 proxies.
